She was predeceased by: her father Leroy Hajdik. She is survived by: her husband Jose Miguel Olguin; her child Kalista Hajdik; her grandsons, Dante Piedra-Torres and Arsenio Peidra-Torres; her mother Thusnelda Koehn Hajdik; and her brothers, Dr. Bradley Hajdik and Brock Hajdik.
