She was predeceased by: her mother LaVonne Nygard Bergstrom. She is survived by: her father Willard Bergstrom; her husband Billy Hodges; her daughters, Tara Hodges of El Campo and Heather Hodges Dybala (Jared) of Frisco; her granddaughters, Scarlett and Vivienne Dybala; her sisters, Vanessa Kunefke (Leonard) and Bonnie Walker (Mike); her siblings-in-law, David, DeAnne Hodges, Barry, Sherry Hodges and Greg Hodges; and her siblings' children, Brent Kunefke, Dylan Walker, Mallory Walker, Matt Hodges, Blake Hodges, Brian Hodges, Blair Fletcher and Jes Stautzenberger. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Patti's honor to the Alzheimer's Association, Houston Hospice or Patriots and Heroes Outdoors, three causes that were near and dear to her heart.
