She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Svatek and Emilia Kurtz Svatek; her husband J. V. Hubenak; and her siblings, Henry, Paul, Vic, Albert Svatek and Benita McBride.
She is survived by: her children, Tommie Hubenak (Debbie), Ricky Hubenak, Louann Kallina (Craig), Sharon Kelley (Kenneth), Belinda Harmon (Tim) and Lisa Swoboda (Greg); and her grandchildren, Brad Hubenak (Jennifer), Stacie Dluhos (Kevin), Rachel Schoeneberg (Budd), Chelsea Koudela (Kyle), Tadd Gann (Jennifer), Jessica Morrison (Brett), Seth Kelley (Kimber), Heather Hagelin (Jared), Ryan Harmon, Tyler Swoboda (Scarlett), Dylan Swoboda (Megan) and Katie Peloquin (Payton). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Triska Funeral Home (612 Merchant St, El Campo, TX 77437-3440). A rosary was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Philip Catholic Church (304 W Church St, El Campo, TX 77437).
