It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Annette Avila Chavez of El Paso, Texas, who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Guillermo Evaristo Avila; her grandparents, Evaristo, Carmen Avila, Eduardo and Vicenta Lightbourn; and her aunts and uncles, Teresa Bombach, Eddie Lightbourn, Delphina Hernandez, Tony Lightbourn, Gloria Chavez and David Lightbourn.

She is survived by: her mother Isabel Lightbourn Avila; her spouse Roldan; her grandmother Roldan "Moose"; her sons, Roldan and Anthony; her siblings, William (Carol Avila), Andrew and Amanda (Matt Ward); her siblings' children, Kristina, James, Thomas and Lucas; and her aunts, Bertha Lightbourn and Stella Sperbeck.
