He is survived by: his wife Martha Garcia; his children, Samantha Sapien, Orlando Sapien (Espie), Joseph Sapien (Crystal) and Eric Betancourt; his grandchildren, Anthony, Nick, Hailey, Zoey, Nathan, Jordan, Richard (Jacqueline) and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Alycin, Dallas and Ashoka; and his siblings, Maria Louisa Molinar (Adiel) and Mike Garcia (Sadie).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel Martin Central (3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church (10000 Pheasant Road, El Paso, TX 79924). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Evergreen East Cemetery (12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79938).
