He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen and Cruz. He is survived by: his wife Leticia Parra Moreno; his children, Clarissa, Andrea, Monica, Melinda and Arturo Jr.; and his siblings, Johnny, Nonie, Freddy, Manny, Cuy, Mike, Tere and Rosie. He is also survived by his friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Funeral Home - El Paso (1755 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79936). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
