She was predeceased by: her parents, Felipe Sr. Vera and Maria Vera; and her daughter Sandy. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Anaya-Connell (Mark), Melissa Anaya Hayden and Gilbert (Alice); her grandchildren, Nicole Valdez, Alexandra Valdez, Erin Hayden, Matthew Anaya and Joshua Anaya; her pets, Murphy and Luna; and her siblings, Federico Vera (Carmen), Felipe Vera, Jr. (Maria) and Mary Tibuni. She is also survived by mother and grandmother.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Homes - East (750 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A rosary will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Homes- East (750 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sunset Funeral Homes - East (750 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery (4900 McNutt Rd, Santa Teresa, NM 88008).
