With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecilia Ochotorena (El Paso, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 9, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Cecilia is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Cecilia's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Calixto Ochotorena and Maria De Jesus Ochotorena; and her sister Magdalena Ruiz. She is survived by: her daughter Liza Huereque (Eric Huereque Jr.); her grandson Jevon E. Huereque; her brother David Ochotorena (Jennifer); and her sibling's children, Robbi Ruiz, Bobby, Sammy Ruiz and Allie Toivonen (Travis). She is also survived by cousins and friends.
