With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Rule Caldwell in El Paso, Texas, born in Carlsbad, New Mexico, who passed away on January 8, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rule and Refugio Rule. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Steve Caldwell; her children, Amy, Stacey (Javier), Greg (Maria) and John (Nicolette); her grandchildren, Oliver, Rex, Clark, Ellis and Isla; and her sisters, Charlene, Gladys, Cynthia (Bill) and Alice (Paul). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
