It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Alvarado Chavez (El Paso, Texas), who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Joanne O. Guzman; and her grandson Aaron Gonzalez. She is survived by: her husband Fernando Chavez (Chino); and her children, Yvonne Castro, John Joseph, Orosco, Charlotte, Michelle Holguin and Annette Baza. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren 54 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.
