He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulalio Navarro and Pascuala Navarro; his children, Martha, Sam and Edward Navarro; and his grandson Johnny Navarro.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Navarro; his daughters, Yoly Fernandez (Manny) and Ida Navarro (Ruben); his grandchildren, Christopher, Mark and Athena Navarro; his great grandchildren, JJ and Christopher Samuel Navarro; and his siblings, Rita Hinojos, Lucia Calleros, Rafael, Martin, Macario, Margarito, Aurelio and Manuel Navarro.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Homes- East (750 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 11th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Homes - East (750 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A prayer will be held on Thursday, February 12th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Sunset Funeral Homes- East (750 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A burial will be held on Thursday, February 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen East Cemetery (12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79938).
