He was predeceased by: his father Daniel E. Yañez Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Destiny Alizae Yañez; his wife Francis Marie Yañez; his mother Yvonne Irma Yañez; his brothers, Daniel E. Yañez Jr. (Marie Yañez) and Eric E. Yañez; his siblings' children, Kenneth Freeman, Xavian D. Yañez, Ezekiel McLaughlin, Noah L. Nash, Micaiah J. Nash, Joiakim N. Nash and Kairi Freeman; and his sister Virginia Yañez Nash (Kedren A. Nash).
