He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Salcido (Libby); his granddaughter Marissa Rivera (Mario); and his great grandchildren, Matthew Jesus Rivera, Alyssa Madison and Mia Anali Barraza.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast (4631 Hondo Pass Dr, El Paso, TX 79924). A rosary was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Homes - Northeast (4631 Hondo Pass Dr, El Paso, TX 79924). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Assumption Church (4805 Byron St, El Paso, TX 79930). A graveside service was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Restlawn Cemetery (8700 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904).
