He was predeceased by: his father Jesus Lugo Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Maria Elena Enciso of El Paso; his siblings, Melissa (Peter), David (Paty), Tony (Telma), Karla (Eric), Joshua and Veronica; and his godparents, Tom and Janet Kincaid of El Paso. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and many cousins.
