He is survived by: his wife Emma Ruiz Uresti; his children, Jose Angel Uresti Ruiz, Claudia Veronica Mendoza Uresti, Erika Liiliana Uresti and Zulema Uresti; and his brother Guillermo Rosales. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel Restlawn Funeral Home (8817 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904). A prayer will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery (8700 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904).
