He is survived by: his children, Patricia Benavides, David Ramírez, Zarina Lyle, Oscar Ramírez Jr., Laura Ileana Gutiérrez and Edgar I. Ramírez. He is also survived by his grandchildren and sons- and daughters-in-law.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Perches Funeral Homes (1201 N Piedras St, El Paso, TX 79930). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Cathedral (1118 N Mesa St, El Paso, TX 79902).
