He was predeceased by : his parents, Armando Chavarria and Ramona Chavarria; and his great-niece Nia Pilar Ramos. He is survived by : his siblings, Irma Anaya (Javier), Armando Chavarria Jr. (Yvonne), Hector Chavarria (Martha), Delma Delgado, Dr. Arnaldo Chavarria (Helen), Elvira Garcia (Raul), Maria Cardoza (Juan) and Sylvia Berumen (Sergio); and his nieces and nephews, Michael Delgado, Armando Chavarria III, Ricky Chavarria, Iris Cardoza, Johnny Cardoza, Ivy Cardoza, Eddie Chavarria, Paul Chavarria, Keilah Marquez, Isaac Chavarria and Alexandro Garcia.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hillcrest Funeral Home (1060 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A prayer was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
