He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodolfo Arzaga and Ofelia Arzaga; and his brother Michael Arzaga. He is survived by: his siblings, Fernando Arzaga, Lily Martinez (Joe) and Joe Arzaga; and his children, Jennifer Barr, Christopher Arzaga, Ezekiel Arzaga, Rudi Janeen Arzaga and Rodolfo Arzaga. He is also survived by seven nieces and one nephew.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Funeral Home - El Paso (1755 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79936). A prayer will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery East (12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79938).
