He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodolfo Arzaga and Ofelia Arzaga; and his brother Michael Arzaga. He is survived by: his siblings, Fernando Arzaga (Janie), Lily Martinez (Joe) and Joe Arzaga (Ginny); and his children, Jennifer Barr, Christopher Arzaga, Ezekiel Arzaga, Rudi Janeen Arzaga and Rodolfo Arzaga. He is also survived by seven nieces and one nephew.
