He was predeceased by: his wife Luisa Garcia; and his daughter Cynthia Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Sylvia Young, Teresa Palmer, Rafael Garcia, Rodrigo Garcia (Robert) and Juanita Warrington (Janie). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the Knights of Columbus at Christ the Savior Catholic Church.
