Spencer Bulger Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2018, Spencer Bulger (El Paso, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Simons Bulger and Lola Mae Crowder Bulger; and his sibling Ona Pearl Davis Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Heidi Kellett (Chris) and Brian Bulger (Margie); his stepdaughter Karen Farmer (Gary); his grandchildren, Holly McNiel, Cody Farmer, Carson Farmer and Aaron McNiel; and his great grandchild Dawson Simpson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Spencer Bulger to the Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets Association, 1134 Pinfeather Drive, Bryan, TX 77803.
