It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Jeanette Blackmon of Eldorado, Texas, born in Marion, South Carolina, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Blackmon and Lizzie Blackmon; her siblings, Larry Alton, James Ray Blackmon and Virgie Clark; and her great-nephew Christion Hood.

She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Amy; her son Chad Blackmon (Amy); her grandchildren, Jaydyn Doran of Eldorado, TX., Jordan Blackmon of Eldorado, TX. and Lexi Blackmon of Eldorado, TX.; and her sisters, Patricia Smith, Vicky Blackmon of Oak Grove, SC and Charlotte Hubbard (Timmy) of Dillon, SC.
