She is survived by : her husband Jerry Blevins of Fort Worth; her children, Jerri Hulcy (Dale) of Electra, Eddie Blevins (Tracie) of Burkburnett and Teddy Blevins (Kathy) of Mustang, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Destiny Nix (Shelby) of Fort Worth, Tyler Hulcy of Electra, Juliet Blevins of Dallas, Jeremy Blevins of Killeen and Johnny Blevins of Hondo; and her great grandchildren, Peyton and Preslie Nix of Fort Worth.
