She was predeceased by: her parents, Conard Kelley and Nina Adele Kelley (Heck); and her husband William D. "Bill" Ballard Jr.. She is survived by: her children, David Nichols (Robin Brockway-Nichols) and Kathryn Kelley of Buda; her grandchildren, Matt Roiland of Buda and Lillie Roiland of Buda; and her brother Jerry (Ellen Kelley) of Garland.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Giddings City Cemetery (900 West Austin Street, Giddings, TX 78942).
Memorials may be made to the St. Labre Indian School, or to the charity of one's choice.
