He was predeceased by : his parents, Eli Pervis and Celia Cornelia Zumwalt Pervis; his wife Mary Ann Martin Pervis; and his grandson Josh Dillard. He is survived by : his friend William Edward Pervis of Elkhart; his children, Tammy Dillard (Virgil) of Elkhart and Kenneth Pervis of Elkhart; his brothers, Clayton Pervis of Crockett and Herman Pervis of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Pervis, Megan Myers, Sierra Pervis, Alexis Pervis and Brandi Preston; his great grandchildren, Bryce Meyers, Nathan Lomax, Wyatt Cotton, Cayson Barlow, Seth Brunson and Kacey Brunson; and his pet Big Girl.
