She was predeceased by: her father Manuel Montalvo (Eva Garcia); her birth mother Eva Garcia; and her siblings, Dora Elia Mena, Evelyn Sanchez and Manuel Montalvo.
She is survived by: her mother Maria De Jesus Montalvo; and her siblings, Cindy Garcia, Myrtha Montalvo (Timo Escalante), Robert Montalvo (Duby), Joel Montalvo, Omar Montalvo, Oscar Montalvo (Liza) and Dora Jimenez (Ben James Garcia).
