He is survived by: his wife Linda Faglie Lewis of Eustace; his children, Bradley Wade Lewis (Katie) of Austin, Colby Wells Lewis (Linsey) of Eustace and Rebecca Lynne Lewis of Houston; his grandchildren, Samantha Lewis, Emma Lewis, Kiersten Lewis and Derek Lewis; and his siblings, Janelle Seabourne (Charles) of Eustace, Henry Lewis (Martha) of Canton, Harold Lewis of Dallas, Darrell Lewis (Karen) of McKinney, Judy Groom (Dale) of Eustace and Donnie Lewis of Athens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
