It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Lee Welborn of Fairfield, Texas, who passed away on October 27, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert David Ingram and Jesse Lee Ingram; her husband Raymon Lee Welborn; and her brother David Ingram. She is survived by : her children, Raymon Lee Welborn, Jr. (Teresa Welborn), Terri Whittaker (Craig Whittaker) and Kim Welborn. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
