He was predeceased by : his wife Nejlah Magouirk; and his son Carl D. Magouirk. He is survived by : his daughter Misti Magouirk of Buffalo; his sisters, Linda Sue Wilson of Allen and Gay Nell Hundley (Allen) of Anna; his siblings-in-law, Lisa Garner Burns and Allen Griffith; and his nieces and nephews, Adam Hundley, Stephanie Berry, Dee Mauldin, Anderea Dunn and Megan Burns. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
