She was predeceased by : her parents, Edgar Hall and Laura Bell Hall; and her siblings, Jay Parks, Joe Parks, Edgar Hall Jr., Laura Banks, Mary Williams and Florence Hall.
She is survived by : her husband Chet Foster; her children, Felira Lovato (Mickey) of Roswell, NM and Will Foster (Beatriz) of Wallkill, NY; her grandson Donovan Lovato of Roswell, NM; her sisters, Essie Nemon of Teague, Rosa Hall of Buffalo and Agnes Brown of Buffalo; and her family Christian. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
