He was predeceased by his parents, Isaac Aserie Fullen and Girtie Glover Fullen; his siblings, Alice Fullen-Hallam, Jauanita Fullen, Elmer Fullen, Leslie Fullen and Isaac Carrol Fullen; his significant other Melba Finney-Fullen; and his stepchildren Robin Finney and Jon Finney.
He is survived by his child Shelly Fullen-Marshall; stepdaughter Vickie Finney-White and his grandchildren, Angela Hallam-Wilkos, Todd Hallam, Jennifer Marshall, Ryan Finney and Amber Marshall.
