He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Cook and Imalee Cook (Sneed); and his brother Ricky Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Venita Cook; his children, Waylon Cook (Stephanie) and Amanda Cook (Foster Sheffield); his grandchildren, Kalie Cook (James Sayman) and Ty Watkins (Alexis Gober); and his siblings, Gene Walls and William Cook (Cyndy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and cherished friends.
