He was predeceased by : his parents, Ezekiel Fletcher and Katie Fletcher (Patsy Ruth Savage); his son Larry Fletcher; and his siblings, Charles Edward, Billie Ray Fletcher, Louella Jones, Erma Jean Fletcher, Bobbie Lou Fletcher and Betty Jo Zanders.

He is survived by : his daughters, Marilyn Grant (David), Precious Jones (James), Rachel Taylor and Patecious Fletcher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
