We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2023, at the age of 102, Loretta R Barnett (Farmersville, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Martin McGuffey and Minnie McGuffey (Davis); her husband L. V. Barnett; her stepson Larry Barnett; and her siblings, Martha Mae "Belle" Head, Willie Oscar McGuffey, Elizabeth Whited, Thomas Watson McGuffey, Terrance B McGuffey, Leo Murial McGuffey, Perle Edith Richardson, Hershal B McGuffey, Artie Taft McGuffey and Charles Bernice McGuffey.

She is survived by : her grandson Larry Aaron Barnett; and her nieces and nephews, Charles, Van McGuffey, Hernán Morales, Donna Green, Janet Rino, Tamra and Juanell.
