He was predeceased by : his parents, Ollie Tucker and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Tucker; his siblings, Howard of Ollie, William "Billy", Donald, Darrell, Charles, James and Dena Phillips; his son-in-law Sonny Dillard; and his daughter Margaret Chaney.

He is survived by : his wife Pat; and his children, Kenneth, Ronald, Joel (James Tucker), Frank (Tommy Bernhardt), Debra Smith, Elizabeth Denson and Tessie Dillard.
