It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beth Worthington of Floresville, Texas, born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on June 22, 2020, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Diane Gail Prellwitz; and her grandparents, Barb Prellwitz, Robert and Elizabeth Stephens. She is survived by : her husband Mark D. Opiela; her stepsons, Colton Stephens (Caitlin), Elyesha Flynn (Ashley), Kylie Asher, Lane Asher, Kiera Opiela, Corey Opiela and Tyler Opiela; and her father Steve Stephens (Diana). She is also survived by two siblings, as well as numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Wilson County no kill shelter.
