She was predeceased by : her parents, Benedict Wiatrek and Susie Wiatrek; her husband Emil "Daniel" Hosek; her sister Alene Ann Pruski (Sami); her brothers-in-law, Edward and Vernon Pruski; and her son-in-law James Pawelek (Jimmy).

She is survived by : her children, Mark Hosek (Rose), Imogene Pawelek (Buzz Cooke), Jennifer Pruski (Kenneth), Jeffrey Hosek (Jane), Mary DeFiore (Tina) and Linnet Baskett; her grandchildren, Marsha Hosek, Steven Hosek (Shannon), Rebekah Kung (Bryan) and Drs; her great grandchildren, Adrian, Daniel, Mark Duron, Mason Real, Jaelynn Mayes, Rajun, Huntley Pawelek-Jacquinot, Sophia Bolanos, Wyatt Cruger, Jack and Emma Pruski; her siblings, Wilfred Wiatrek (Micki), Lorene Wiatrek (Virgil), Bernice Pruski (Adrian), Marilyn Pruski (Jerry), Benedict Wiatrek (Janie), Harvey Wiatrek (Maggie) and Alan Wiatrek (Vernell); and her caregiver Victoria Achuff. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Monetary donations will benefit several of Jane's beloved charities and the ongoing support of her great-nephew, Father Thomas Swierc.

“good Good morning to you as you begin to grieve the loss of your lovely Mom! Ms. Jane will always be remembered and treasured in my heart as a wonderful loving cousin. We shared many wonderful phone call chats about family life! I really will always remember how good she was to my mommy in her rocky path of life on the farm. She was an inspiration to my faith by her wonderful example. I truly will miss her on my visits to Poth activities!! Prayers of comfort to her family!”
