He was predeceased by: his father S. T. Walpole Jr.; his brother Stephen Walpole; and his grandparents, S. T. Walpole Sr., Marie McVay Walpole and Bertha Stobb Koenning.
He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Koenning Walpole; and his sister Marie Taylor. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vinyard Funeral Home (1011 4th St, Floresville, TX 78114). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Marcelina Cemetery (510 CR 404, Wilson County, TX 78114).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Scott's memory.
