She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcellus Howard Ballard and Lois Marie Sparks; her husband Phillip Carl Bush, Jr.; and her brothers, Eugene Ballard and Raymond Ballard.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Bush (Kyra) and Ann Marie Yohn (Ed); her grandchildren, Madison, Mackenzie Bush, Chelsea, Justine and Mallory Yohn; and her brother Bob Ballard (Wynon).
In lieu of flowers the family request any memorial contributions be made in Joan's memory to Samaritans Purse, The Baptist Mission Board or a church of your choice.
