He is survived by: his children, Steven Blazek (Lorene) of Denton, Texas and Cathy Lehmann (Don) of Flower Mound; his grandchildren, Traci Riley of Denver, Magan Lindsay of Gulfport, Keri Zubriski of Ontario, Joshua Blazek of Boyce and Christina Blazek of Galena, Kansas; his stepgrandchildren, Heather Turner of Lincolnton, Amber Lehmann of Chattanooga and Nadine Melancon of Lafayette, Louisiana; and his sister Shirley Dickey (Logan) of Pekin.
