She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Butts and Pearl Alma Rollins; her husband James L. Goforth; her daughter Beverly Kay; and her sister Phyllis Butler.
She is survived by : her children, Clarence Goforth (Donna) of Cross Roads, TX and Donna Papin of Dallas, TX; and her nephew Tommy Butler of Paducah, KY.. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
