We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Evelyn Henderson (Forney, Texas), born in Dallas, Texas. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Evelyn Henderson to show support.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Gus Young and Maud Stanley Young; her husband Johnnie L. Henderson; her son Johnnie Jr.; and her siblings, Madeline Young Leath and Joe Young.

She is survived by : her daughter Jayne Huffman (Bruce); her daughter-in-law Glenda Henderson; her grandchildren, Matthew Henderson, Wesley Albin Henderson (Stephanie) and Jessica Gardner (Reed); and her great grandchildren, Ezra, Kennedy Gardner, Kathryn Albin Henderson and Joshua Albin Henderson.

Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to First Baptist Higher Ground 2.0 Building Fund at https://www.shelbygiving.com or Forney Education Foundation (FEF) at https://forneyisdfoundation.org for grants for teachers.
