He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Buell Rhyne and Grace Rhyne (Matina); his father-in-law James A. Rogillio; and his brother-in-law John Patrick Rogillio. He is survived by: his wife Susan Rogillio Rhyne; his children, Shawna, Kip Bush, Waylon and Christie Rhyne; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Rhyne, Jaxon Rhyne, Mandi Mills, Mason Mills, Kylie Schoonover, Ava Schoonover and Jackson Schoonover; his brothers, Robert Rhyne (Pat), Mike Rhyne, Tom Rhyne and James Rhyne (Ann); his mother-in-law Josephine Ramsey Rogillio; and his siblings-in-law, Tony, Laurette Rogillio, Judy, Lynn Mayes, Bettye, Tim Boyd, Martha, Frank Putnam and Gerald Rogillio. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
