It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florine Elizabeth Blair (Fort Stockton, Texas), born in Balmorhea, Texas, who passed away on November 2, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe Harbour Sr. and Ella Elizabeth Stichler Harbour; and her brothers, James M. Harbour Jr. and Harvey Harbour. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Blair; and her children, James Blair of Richardson, Larry Clayton (Jane) of Pass Christian, MS, Gary Clayton (Dawn) of Caldwell, Karen Honaker (Glenn) of Fort Stockton and Vickie Housouer (John) of Richardson. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren; and her eight great-grandchildren.
