He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Parker and Hattie Parker; and his siblings, Travis Parker and WinnaJean Annis. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Parks Parker; his children, Clayton (Carol), Vincent (Kari), Phillip, Cynthia (Dan Barnes) and Kay (Larry Word); and his brother Hayes Wilson Parker (Houston). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren, as well as lots of special friends.
