She is survived by: her children, Gail Ann Atkins of Austin, Texas and Richard Dale Atkins; her stepson Sam Loyd; her grandchildren, Jessica, Michael, Lisa and Kimberly; and her nieces, Kelvie Cleverdon and Allyson Groner.
