Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Truett Miller Eaton of Fort Stockton, Texas, who passed away at the age of 91, on May 27, 2025. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou Eaton; his son Darrell Dean Eaton; and his grandsons, Cory Hodges and David Eaton. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Dempsey, Carol Parker (Clayton), DeAndra Mooney (Scott) and Dale Eaton (Christine Merki); his siblings, Joyce Kendrick, Horrace (Vicki) and Morrace Eaton; and his brother-in-law Bill Jones (Leta). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, as well as numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home of the BIG Bend (301 N Main St, Fort Stockton, TX 79735). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Immanuel Baptist Church (709 N St Gall St, Fort Stockton, TX 79735).
Memorial donations may be sent to Pecos County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, Immanuel Baptist Church or charity of choice.
