She was predeceased by : her parents, William "Bill" Herbert Brown (Bill) and Evelyn Francis Brown; her husband Melvin Gene Riggs; and her grandson George Frazier Riggs. She is survived by : her brother Max Brown (Rosie Salcido Brown); her children, Mel Riggs Jr. (Marsha) of Midland, George Riggs (Glenna) of Fort Stockton, Wes Riggs of Euless, Connie Riggs Morrow (John) of Midland and Regina Riggs Frick (Luke) of Plano; her grandchildren, Suzanne Liscum (Jason), Zane Riggs, Casey Riggs, Trace Morrow, Gage Morrow (Alex), Garrett Frick and Jake Frick; her great grandchildren, Vivian Liscum and Genevieve Riggs; her aunt Imogene Francis of Oklahoma; and her friends, Donna and Gary Bryant of Fort Stockton.
