She is survived by: her sons, Carlos Lopez (Kathryn) of Fort Worth and David Lopez of Fort Worth; her grandchildren, Nicki Lopez Simpsonville, Chase Lopez of Salina, KS, Zoe Childers (Tyler) of Fort Worth and Nathaniel Lopez of Austin, TX; her great grandchildren, Nina Baldwin and Johnny Baldwin; her stepgrandchildren, Candace Spradling Bousley (Aaron) of Dewey, OK and Kyle Spradling of Apopka, FL; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Georgia Metz, Kaiya Baldwin and Julieta Spradling.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; one of Adriana's favorite organizations.
