She was predeceased by : her parents, Alice Lee (Tollerson) and Ennis Washington Syms; her husband Bobby Gene Miller; her sister Denise Maynard; her son Ronald Ray Beesley; and her sister-in-law Patricia Lester (Jim).

She is survived by : her daughters, Patricia Ford (Grady Ford) of Joshua and Diana Miller (Carlton Allison) of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Justin Ford (Brandi Cobb), Joshua Ford (Jamie), Stormy Ford and Ronald Ray Beesley; her great grandchildren, Jadeyn, Christian, Hailey and Kyle; her niece Teresa Lynch (family: Jackie, Denise, James, Rhonda Lester); her cousin Linda Brito (family: Sharon Snow, James Mosley, Rodney Mosley); and her caregiver Quinella Banks.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Alpine Funeral Home (2300 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
