We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2025, at the age of 91, Antonia Acevedo (Fort Worth, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Antonia departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Antonia may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Antonia leaves behind.
She is survived by: her children, Petra Rodriguez, Efraim Acevedo (Irene) and Fernando Acevedo; and her grandchildren, Elda Rodriguez, Abel Rodriguez, Juan Pedro Rpdriguez, Adrian Acevedo and Andy Acevedo. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Greenwood Funeral Home (3344 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Greenwood's Live Oak Chapel (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Funeral Greenwood's Live Oak Chapel (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at the Greenwood Memorial Park (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107).
